   Hi, I'm Sarah Jardine, LMT - MA59074. I grew up in Chicago, IL and while living there graduated from The New School for Massage, Bodywork, and Healing in 2005. In 2007 I transferred my credits to Florida through the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy.

   I love my career and I'm incredibly grateful for all the knowledge I've gained over the years, and that I get to share that knowledge with my clients. I feel privileged to have worked for the prestigious Ritz Carlton, as well as in fast-paced Chiropractic offices and days spas. In late 2020 I settled into the niche of mobile massage and I enjoy it tremendously. I am in constant awe of our amazing bodies and everything that they do to keep us healthy and moving, Let me be your self-care secret weapon in an arsenal of tools that keeps you in top condition.

   I specialize in therapeutic  massage. I have spent years developing my palpation skills and I am proficient at feeling what is happening under my fingers. This means that I can quickly hone in on areas of dysfunction and follow them back to their source. 

   I am also trained in and enjoy providing relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal massage. To enhance deep tissue I may utilize the Graston technique, (IASTM, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) or Cupping which to affect fascia and muscle tissue.

   I have continuing education in Fibromyalgia massage, Oncology massage, TMJ massage, Reiki, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy 1 and 2, and Prenatal Certification. 

   I look forward to working with you! 

   Service areas include Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key. 

   I will need a clean space big enough to set up a massage table and comfortably move around it.. If you would like hot stones or for the table warmer to be on then I will need an outlet nearby. I will also need a restroom so that I am able to wash my hands and to give you privacy to get on the massage table.
